Warranty Coverage

Luggage:Upto 5-year warranty

Coverage includes manufacturing defects in wheels, zippers, handles, compression pads, and shell integrity.

 Accessories: 1-year warranty

Covers structural and functional issues, such as cup/mobile holders malfunctions or defects in materials.

 

What’s Covered & Not Covered

Shell

Covered: Cracks, discoloration on arrival.

Not Covered: Airline mishandling, exposure to harsh chemicals, general wear, or misuse.

Trolley Handle

Covered: Breakage, push button malfunctions.

Not Covered: Mishandling or wear from excessive force.

Wheels

Covered: Malfunction or cracks.

Not Covered: Damage from misuse, extreme terrain and general wear & tear.

Lock

Covered: Malfunctions.

Not Covered: Forgotten combinations or forced opening.

 

Carry Handle & Logo Plate

Covered: Handle breakage and logo fitment issues.

Not Covered: Scratches, or incorrect engraving specified at order.

Zippers

Covered: Zipper malfunctions.

Not Covered: Overpacking strain on zippers, misuse and general wear.

 

Self-Service Repair Support:

To make repairs easier, we offer a simple process for self-service parts replacement. Contact our team via email, and we’ll send the necessary parts with step-by-step instructions. (Check our repair videos online for trolley handles, wheels and lock replacements.)

 

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Required for warranty claims.
  1. Warranty Limitations: Covers manufacturing defects only; does not include damage from misuse, extreme conditions, wear and tear, or transportation mishaps.
  1. Beyond-Warranty Repairs: Repairs outside the warranty period will incur parts costs.
  1. Product Replacement: If an item is discontinued or unavailable, a replacement of equal or higher value can be selected, with any price difference paid by the customer.

 

Travel Tips:

We recommend taking a photo of your luggage before airline check-in for transit claims. While our locks help prevent accidental openings, they may not protect against unauthorised access. Always inspect your luggage upon arrival and file any damage claims with the airline immediately if needed.
