Shipping
Products will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Ownership and risk of loss for all items transfer to you upon BALDORA’s handover to the shipping carrier.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to you. We are not liable for damages or losses caused by third-party delivery services during transit.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges vary based on package size, product, location, and other factors. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Free Delivery
Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery
Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery times depend on courier partners and locations. Orders are shipped from our warehouses or partner facilities across India, aiming to reach you within 7–10 business days after order and payment confirmation. Deliveries are made by our team or third-party courier services between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Deliveries require a signature. We are not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the intended recipient or for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the delivery day via our "Contact Us" page. Any shortages must be noted and signed on the proof of delivery form.
If an order shows as “Delivered” on the tracker but hasn’t reached you, inform us within 24 hours to process your request.
Order Status
Once dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at stories@baldoraworld.com with your name and order number for assistance.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, even after confirmation and payment. If we cancel, any payments made will be fully refunded.
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends), provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Special occasion items are non-cancelable.

- Refunds are processed immediately after cancellation. Depending on your payment method, the amount will reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
Returns and Replacements
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and sealed.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to mishandling.
- The product has been used or altered.
